Processing time is 7–10 business days.
During holiday seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 10–14 business days (though this is highly unlikely).

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS or the selected shipping carrier.

📮 Returned Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address or incomplete shipping details, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee.

🌍 International Orders

If you placed an order outside the United States, please note:

• We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by your country.
• Buyers are responsible for paying any customs charges required to pick up their package from their local post office.

🧾 Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once, we will refund the extra shipping charges.
Please message us before your order ships so we can combine them.

🚚 Express / Priority Shipping

Choosing Express or Priority Mail at checkout applies only to transit time.
Processing time remains the same.

If you need your order urgently, please leave a note at checkout or email us with your order number so we can try to accommodate your request.

100% of shipping charges go directly to USPS or the selected carrier. We do not profit from shipping.
